Ans: Conductive pen is a lot like a rollerball pen. Sometimes the tip clogs up, or it dries out if you leave the cap off too long. We also have some special considerations because the ink’s conductive material (silver) is so dense. We address some of these issues here.

• Clogged Tip: This could happen if the large silver particles used as the conductive material in the ink jam inside the pen tip. The best way to break a clog is to tap the side of the pen on a hard surface, like the edge of the table, and try writing again.

• Dried Tip: This can happen if the cap is left off for a longer period of time. If it’s just a dried chunk of ink on the outside of the tip, you can scribble with pen until it starts working.

Ans: A leaking pen is uncommon, try to be gentle with pen. But unfortunately, if it does leak, you can take action. Be sure to wipe the outside of the pen with a damp paper towel and wash your hands with soap and water. You can continue using our pen, but be mindful of future leaks. If your pen arrives leaking, please contact us, we will replace it. If leaking happens over time, you may need to purchase a new pen.

Ans: Yes, you can use common paper, but we recommend using the provided booklet for drawing circuits.

Ans: After drawing the circuit, wait around 4-5 minutes for the ink to dry. Check for continuity in the drawn lines. Thick lines are important, as breaks can disrupt the circuit.

Ans: Always place the magnetic sheet under the paper to securely hold the components in place.

Ans: There could be several reasons for this issue:
Check the polarity (+/-) of the LED before placing it in the circuit.
Don't connect the LED directly to the 9V battery; it could damage the LED.
Ensure your drawn circuit is continuous and without breaks.

Ans: Yes, you can use a mobile charger with the USB cable. However, we recommend using a power bank for more flexibility in using the Shikho kit anywhere.

Ans: Absolutely, you can purchase a new pen separately from our website or Amazon.
